Di'ta Monique
Born into a family of talented singers, Di’ta has carried
the torch in a way that has continued to make her family proud. Hailing from Rochester, New York, she
continues to be a long time hometown favorite. Her vocal and theatrical talent
has been a catalyst for her to perform on stages all across the globe. Having
toured for 15 years, she has performed with notables such as Yolanda Adams, Kim
Burrell, Melba Moore, and many more. Her vocal and creative range makes it
difficult to put her into any one box. Although she would not classify herself
in anyone genre, she is known most for her rich vocal tones that are a blend of
jazz, gospel R&B and soul. She is not your average vocalist. Just as strong
as her vocal muscle are her gifts in writing and acting. The real definition of
a “triple threat”. She can and has done it all and continues to sharpen and
hone her crafts as the welcoming platforms for this rare talent get bigger and
bigger. Currently you can hear her spreading Christmas cheer across the airwaves
with the release of her EP, Holiday. It is a perfect bland of your favorite
seasonal tunes and boasts of her rich tones and vocal highs and lows. Next up
for Di’ta Monique is her new single Anybody, a rich and soulful call to action
that enrolls others to be a contribution in the world.
